It's 2013

Where have I been? Honesty, I don't know!

Life has been chaotic these past 2 years! It's feels like a decade has passed by within the blogging world. I'm back and more excited than ever to continue grooming and growing Crinoline Knits! I've decided to combine my interest and love of fashion and styling here in addition to my crazy crafty d.i.y-ing.

Well, until next time... Bye!

Finished Knits

Let me dust this blog off a bit...

I've been in a knit frenzy for the past few months. I'm currently on holiday and took some spare time to completing unfinished knitting projects. Starting with this headache...

Unraveled

I've been working on this "lets-get-back-into-knitting-scarf" on and off for the past 5 months. Yes, a 5 month scarf! I needed a thick and woolly scarf for this winter and some shops were carrying them at ridiculous prices ($40 for a acrylic scarf!?). I wanted to make it very lengthy so I could make it "cowl-like" and double loop it.

Out of frustration and pure boredom of the repeating pattern, I unraveled 5 months of work and it felt so good...

Until I realized I had used 2 skein yarn and will eventually have to wined this back up. ::face palm::

Bonjour!

Oh dear, I am not very good at introductions! Shall we start with the basics??
I'm 23 and graduated 2 years ago with a BBA in fashion marketing & management. Which I later found out is only good for newbie grads if your still living in the those targeted metropolitan cities....not a sleepy suburb.
I had to start a blog to share my crafting addiction and mainly because I've become slightly obsessed with knits!
Since moving back home and graduating from college I find myself sitting at a cross road trying to figure out who's bright idea was it to leave the big city and how did I get wrapped in 6 skeins of yarn?!
